Hoist Monitoring Module HM01-HV (High Voltage)
This device allows to measure and control the voltage and signals from:
- Input Electric Power in the Construction Hoist
- Output Voltage from the VFD
- Joystick, Door Switches, Hoist Safety Device...
Measurement range:
- 3 channels for High Voltage Three-phase Input Electric Power
R1/L1, S/L2, T/L3 - (300V - 600 V)
- 3 channels for High Voltage/Output Voltage from VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) U/T1, V/T2, W/T3 - (300V - 600 V)
- 16 channels for signals from control lever, door switches, hoist safety device...
- Input Voltage for 16 channels from - (24V -120V), (90V - 240V) (Options)
(the number of channels can be increased up to 24 depending on the device version)
- Motor speed (RPM) – 0-5000 Rpm/Min
- Measures speed of the hoist 0-2.0 m/S (Option)
Using MODULE HM01-HV and MODULE HM02-CTR together allows to measure the power of motors and the general power of the Construction Hoist and Industrial elevators.
